Chris Sherry (Winemaker) is from the United Kingdom. He gained vineyard and winery experience working with still and sparkling wines in the UK and Bordeaux. While working at London Cru (London's first urban winery) and Court Garden Vineyards (Sussex), he studied Viticulture and Enology at Plumpton College and graduated as Top Practical Student. In 2015, he won the Rising Star Winemaker award, allowing him to create a wine with Herbert Hall Winery (Kent). He is an official judge for the international sparkling wine competition, Effervescents du Monde, held annually in Dijon. He left the UK as a winemaker to craft sparkling wine in Washington State.

 
 
 

Miguele de Quadros-Sherry is from Washington State. She has assisted in vineyard and cellar work in Bordeux and the UK, and now assists with sales and cellar work for Elentone. She is a former dancer and is a GYROTONIC® Trainer in Seattle and Bellevue.
